  • Faster recovery after childbirth or prostate surgery

ReStora EMS Chair FAQs

Yes. When your ReStora EMS Chair is delivered, we provide hands-on training for you and your staff during the installation visit. We’ll walk you through how the chair works, how to position patients, and how to manage treatments confidently and safely. Our support doesn’t end there—if questions come up later, we’re always available to help.

Minimal preparation is needed, but the following recommendations help improve comfort and effectiveness for patients:

  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing without any metal near the pelvic area, such as zippers or buttons
  • Remove any electronic devices like phones or smartwatches before treatment
  • Hydrate beforehand to support muscle responsiveness
  • If possible, suggest scheduling sessions outside of menstruation for comfort

With no need for anesthesia or recovery time, these pelvic floor therapy sessions are comfortable, quick, and easy to fit into a regular day.

Trinity Medical Solutions offers a 30-day return option so providers can evaluate the ReStora EMS Chair in their own practice. After installation and on-site training, you may begin treating patients and assess the results. If you decide the device is not the right fit, you may return the chair within 30 days after the in-service and receive a full refund of the $10,000 training and installation fees. The $995 freight fee is non-refundable, but this program allows providers to test the technology with minimal financial risk.

The ReStora EMS Chair uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic stimulation to induce thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions in a single session. This level of stimulation goes beyond voluntary exercises, helping practices deliver measurable improvements in muscle strength and pelvic support.

Yes. The ReStora EMS Chair is FDA-cleared to strengthen pelvic floor muscles and support improved bladder control, making it a non-invasive treatment option that can be incorporated into urinary incontinence care protocols.

Through electromagnetic stimulation, the device enhances muscle tone, strength, and neuromuscular control of the pelvic floor. In clinical practice, this translates to improved functional support rather than subjective ‘tightness’.

Yes. The ReStora EMS Chair is cleared for use in both men and women and may be integrated into treatment plans for male patients experiencing pelvic floor weakness or post-prostate procedure urinary concerns.

By improving pelvic floor strength and neuromuscular function, practices may observe secondary benefits related to sexual function, making it a valuable adjunct offering within comprehensive pelvic health programs.

Patients typically experience rhythmic, strong but tolerable muscle contractions during a 30-minute session. Treatments are delivered fully clothed and require no preparation, making integration into a busy practice workflow simple.

No. ReStora EMS is non-invasive, requires no anesthesia, and allows patients to resume normal activities immediately following treatment, supporting high patient convenience and scheduling flexibility.

Trinity Medical Solutions offers the ReStora EMS Chair through a rent-to-own program designed for healthcare practices. The initial investment includes a $5,000 training fee, $5,000 installation fee, and $995 freight fee. After installation and staff training, practices can continue with a $1,000 month-to-month rental, which can be cancelled at any time.

Providers typically determine their own patient pricing, with many clinics charging around $250 per session. Within the first 12 months, practices may purchase the ReStora EMS Chair and accessories for $49,995, with 100% of payments—including rental, training, and installation—credited toward the purchase price. If the device is rented for 60 consecutive months, ownership transfers for $1.00.

Meghan Murphy, PT, DPT, WCS

“I recently completed all six of my Restora Chair treatments, and I am beyond impressed with the results. I’ve experienced a noticeable improvement in my pelvic floor health and bladder control, and I feel so much stronger and more confident. What I appreciate most is that the treatment is completely non-surgical, requires zero downtime, and is highly effective. The chair itself is comfortable and efficient, making each session simple and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this treatment to anyone considering it—it truly works!”

Marianne Waldman, Lexington, KY

“I have finished my sixth treatment of the ReStora EMS Chair from Trinity Medical Solutions. I am delighted to report that I have seen a dramatic result.

I am a 72 year old female with age- typical urinary issues including urgency, stress incontinence, difficulty starting urine flow, and, most bothersome, need to frequently urinate at night.

After two treatments my urgency and stress incontinence improved and by the fifth treatment I no longer experienced leakage and no longer wear protection. I am able to urinate immediately rather than “coaxing” the flow to start. Those improvements alone have made the treatment worthwhile.

The biggest value, however, is the dramatic change in nighttime frequency. I was getting up every 1.5 / 2 hours which severely affected my sleep quality. I am now awake after 3 / 3.5 hours. I not only feel more rested, but my numbers prove the sleep quality has improved sharply. I have a Smart Watch that tracks my light, deep and REM sleep as well as heart rate.

In the past, when I would get up, my heart rate would shoot up to 90 – 120 and take several minutes to return to my normal pace of 55 – 60. Getting up less frequently allows my heart to remain at the lower rate longer.

The biggest improvements are with my REM and deep sleep. In the past I would get as few as 13 minutes of REM and deep sleep. Now I am averaging 75 – 90 minutes of each. I attribute this improved sleep quality with my improved feeling of restfulness and well-being.

The treatment itself is fast and comfortable. I recommend this product without hesitation.”
