After your in-service, you’ll have 30 days to use the ReStora Chair with patients and evaluate outcomes. This period is designed to help you confirm clinical efficacy in your practice—before making a long-term commitment.

If you and your patients are not pleased, notify us within the 30-day trial period, and we will arrange pick up and refund your training and installation fee.

12-Month Rent-Before-You-Buy = Confirm Patient Demand

We also give you up to 12 months to rent before you decide to purchase—so you can confirm you have the patient population to support ownership of the ReStora Chair.

At any time during the first year of rental, you can choose to buy the system, and we will apply 100% of all money paid (deposit and rental payments) towards the purchase price.

Flexible Month-to-Month Rental (Cancel Anytime)

Our rental program is month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time.

If you decide not to buy during the first year, you can continue renting month-to-month.  You can cancel at any time.  However, if you rent the ReStora Chair for 60 months, we will sell you the chair for $1.00.

There is a one-time fee of $10,995 that covers freight shipping, professional installation, and comprehensive on-site guidance through setup, proper patient positioning, treatment protocols, and troubleshooting to ensure your team is fully prepared and confident. There are no additional onboarding fees, subscription costs, or unexpected charges.

No. Our model is completely month-to-month with no lease or long-term commitment. If you decide within 30 days of installation and training that the ReStora EMS Chair isn’t right for your practice, we’ll refund the training and installation fee ($10,000), no questions asked. There are no additional penalties or hidden fees, just a simple and fair way to evaluate the device risk-free.

Most providers charge $250 per session. The standard initial series includes two sessions a week for three weeks (six total), totaling $1,500 per patient. Treating just one patient a month should cover your rental and provide a profit, without high overhead.

Ongoing maintenance treatments offer an additional revenue stream while helping patients stay symptom-free long-term.
