A Mission-Driven Approach to
Pelvic Health
Mark Rohrer’s career in the medical device industry spans over three decades, defined and shaped by innovation, strategic growth, and a commitment to making advanced technology more accessible to healthcare providers. He began his journey in 1990, working in the service and sales of medical lasers. This early hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational challenges faced by providers, laying the foundation for his future ventures.
In 2000, Rohrer founded Sandstone Medical Technologies, LLC, driven by a vision to deliver cutting-edge laser solutions to the aesthetic medical community. Under his leadership, Sandstone quickly grew from a startup into a multi-million-dollar company with a reputation for quality and customer support. In 2012, the company’s success culminated in the sale of its assets to Ellman International, a Cynosure company. Rohrer was appointed Executive Vice President at Ellman, where he helped integrate Sandstone’s offerings and continued to shape the aesthetic device landscape for the next two years.
Never one to rest on past achievements, Rohrer launched his second venture, Rohrer Aesthetics, LLC, in 2014. With a strong belief that aesthetic energy-based systems should be both high-performing and financially attainable, he set out to build a company that offered affordable solutions without compromising clinical efficacy. Rohrer Aesthetics quickly gained a loyal customer base, driven by its commitment to value, transparency, and provider success. In 2022, after years of consistent growth and industry influence, the company was acquired by a private equity firm and now operates under the name Rohrer Aesthetics, Inc.
With the founding of Trinity Medical Solutions, LLC, Rohrer brings his entrepreneurial spirit and extensive industry knowledge to an entirely new frontier: pelvic health. He recognized a familiar challenge—providers being locked into costly capital equipment models that limit flexibility, delay ROI, and make it difficult to adopt new technology. Pelvic floor therapy, though clinically impactful and in high demand, has traditionally been difficult for many practices to offer due to the prohibitive cost of equipment.
Trinity Medical Solutions addresses this problem head-on. By introducing a first-of-its-kind rental model for pelvic floor therapy chairs, Rohrer is breaking down financial barriers and helping practices access advanced technology without the burden of large upfront investments or long-term contracts. The company’s flagship product, the ReStora EMS Chair, is designed to deliver fast, effective outcomes for patients while keeping overhead low for providers.
This new chapter is about more than just equipment—it’s about empowering practices to grow sustainably. Trinity focuses on three core principles: affordability, flexibility, and support. With these pillars, the company enables providers to expand their services, improve patient outcomes, and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
For Mark Rohrer, Trinity Medical Solutions represents a culmination of experience and a renewed commitment to innovation with purpose—creating smarter, more sustainable ways for providers to deliver care that truly changes lives.
